What does a scan verify?
A scan reads the supported product, variant, media, collection, metafield and inventory data available through your granted permissions. It checks pagination and reports failure instead of silently saving a partial result.
Findings are review signals, not proof that a product is wrong. We cannot guarantee that a merchant's source data is factually correct. Costs, market-specific pricing, translations and private app data are outside the current coverage.
How do plans and payments work?
The Free plan includes one manual scan each month. Pro includes up to 100 manual scans each month, larger catalogs, and automatic daily checks. Plan access is verified directly with Shopify before work starts.
What happens to my data?
Connected-store scans are processed by the backend and saved as private reports. Store access tokens are encrypted at rest. Report downloads require the corresponding store session. Signing out ends this browser session; uninstalling the app in Shopify revokes its access.
